This version of SurfaceTally does not include third-party advertising tags or analytics scripts. Advertising is not enabled in this build.
Information you choose to enter
Calculator measurements, material rates, prices and results are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser. We do not transmit these entries to SurfaceTally’s server. If you press “Save,” the current calculator inputs are stored in your browser’s local storage so you can restore them on that same device and browser. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data controls.
Web hosting and server records
Our hosting provider may automatically process information such as IP address, browser metadata and page requests to deliver the website, protect against abuse and maintain operational logs. The exact retention period and recipients depend on the hosting provider selected for deployment; the site owner must verify and publish those details before launch.
Contacting us
The contact page opens a draft in your own email application. No contact message is sent by the website itself. When you email the publisher, your email provider and the publisher’s email service will process the information you include. Do not include sensitive personal information in renovation questions.
Google advertising and third-party cookies
If Google AdSense is activated on a later build, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies and other identifiers to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can manage Google personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center and may visit the advertising opt-out page for participating providers. Available controls and vendors depend on the live advertising configuration.
Where required for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the publisher must configure a Google-certified consent management platform before activating applicable Google advertising.
